Video: A roadtrip through Mozambique's Sofala province

update (20 June 2012): Toast Coetzer and Janco Scott from South Africa's outdoor & travel magazine "Go!" also visited four National Parks in Mozambique, namely Limpopo NP, Banhine NP, Zinave NP and Gorongosa NP. Check the the playlist below!

Named after ruined port of Sofala, which is acutally one of the oldest ports in Southern Africa, the Sofala Province is located in Central Mozambique. The capital of the coastal province is Beira, the country's second largest city. Toast Coetzer and Janco Scott from South Africa's outdoor & travel magazine "Go!" recently travelled through Sofala, or Nova Sofala as it is also known, and shot the following video about their trip. They visited Sofala, Rio Savane at the coast, before moving inland to visit Inchope, the Chitengo Camp (Girassol Gorongosa Lodge & Safari), Mount Gorongosa (Gorongosa National Park) and Villa de Senna from where they headed back to South Africa. Cheers & kudos for the video!
